At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and scheduled for presentation. Certificates will be issued only to registered authors and co-authors.
Only registered authors & co-authors will be provided with the certificates.

There are three payment options to pay your registration fee for (ICFNS-2026):

3. PayPal Before making the payment for the conference using any of the above methods, please contact the Conference Coordinator (+91 8280862844). After making your payment, download the Registration Form, fill it out, and email it to info@icfns.org along with your payment information. The payee is accountable for all bank charges.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If IASTEM cancels this event for any unavoidable reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
  • You may use this credit for another IASTEM or its allied Group event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.

    • Transfer Of Registration:

  • All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event.
  • Transfer of registration is applicable only 30 days prior to the conference.
  • Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing, to info@icfns.org
  • Details include the full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.
  • All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless and otherwise specified.
